THE AWARD-WINNING HOUSE

Decorating and furnishing your house is an expression of your personality and your history; the culmination of your experiences, preferences and cultural values packed into the one environment that is within our control. It is no wonder that our home is so important to our comfort and well-being. In this gallery you can visit my house, which won a 'Creative Conversion' award in Period Living Magazine recently (January 2016 issue), and suss out what kind of person I am.....

OTHER PROJECTS

As the name of my enterprise suggests, anything creative goes. My etagieres are really ceramic collages and designed to look good whether or not you happen to have a batch of cup cakes on the go. These are equally good on a hall or dressing table collecting jewellery and coins, oras a centrepiece on a dining table. The teacosies are knitted with lovely quality wool from my favourite shop in Delft, Knotten.

LAMPS AND SHADES

I have been making vintage-style, hand-stitched lampshades for a while and am now adding drum, coolie and oval shades to the collection, which also includes bases, many of which have received a makeover with Annie Sloan paint to become a unique item. If you can't find something here, I also make shades to commission.
