New home for Lottie’s stuff

Craycombe Farm

Stables Antiques

I am very happy to have set up shop at Stables Antiques at Fladbury this last week.  Stables Antiques is a true treasure trove operated by the charismatic ‘H’ , his wife Angie and a handful of enthusiasts like me, which combination produces the happy effect of having something to suit everyone. In my sun-filled corner, you will be able to find hand-painted furniture, paintings, mirrors and plenty of vintage china. Shortly,  I will be stocking Annie Sloan’s beautiful chalk paints, which I use extensively in my work. www.anniesloan.com

Stables Antiques is part of Craycombe Farm, a former farm complex at Fladbury on the A44, the main road between Evesham and Pershore in Worcestershire. Apart from our own lovely shop there are plenty of other attractions on site. There are more antiques, fine art, pianos, an excellent farmshop and cafe if you fancy gaining a little weight and a  gym, should you wish to lose it again. There’s ample parking with beautiful views over the wooded hills of the Lenches. Fladbury also has an award winning butcher – try the pork pies- in the village centre, a golf course as well as delightful walks in the  meadows along the river Avon from Jubilee Bridge. www.dawestrust.com/craycombefarm.htm.

Stables  Antiques is only five minutes from my home so it is easy for me to spend time there and to make sure that the stock is always interesting.

We look forward to seeing you!
